Passcode and Touch ID

Passcode and Touch ID delivers quick and secure access to key information on your mobile banking applications. Clients can view account information such as balances and transaction history by creating a numeric Passcode or enabling Touch ID*.

*Currently Touch ID is only available for iPhone users


What features can I access with Passcode or Touch ID?

Steps to Enable Passcode or Touch ID

  1. Log in to your Mobile Banking app
  2. Click the Menu button in the top right corner and select "Settings"
  3. Tap the Quick Access page
  4. Choose the quick access method you prefer to use - Passcode or Touch ID
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to establish and confirm your new access method

Touch ID for Android users.

Touch ID is currently only available for iPhone users. Make sure to stay connected with Southern First to learn once this feature is available for Android users. The Passcode feature works for both iPhone and Android users.

Current Limitations:

Apple Android
  • Touch ID is currently only available for iPhone users
  • Passcode and Touch ID are not currently available for iPad users
