Experienced Banker in Greensboro

Tim Boatwright Johnson has nearly five years of banking experience with Southern First, with a well-rounded background shaped by his work across nine of the bank’s offices, including time in a flexible, multi-branch support role and a rotational back-office position. This experience, combined with his adaptability, has given him strong insight into both operations and client service. Tim has a passion for serving clients and the community and is excited to continue growing alongside the city of Greensboro. He serves as a mentor and Community Outreach Coordinator with Young Brothers Academy, where he helps connect young men to resources, opportunities, and experiences that expand their vision for what’s possible. Outside of work, Tim enjoys running, trying new things, and exploring local restaurants.
