Experienced Banker in the Triad

Jose joins the Greensboro team with 19 years of banking experience in the Triad. He has built his career on strong relationships, team development, and delivering consistent results. He believes an open-door policy fosters collaboration, accountability, and growth. Beyond his professional work, Jose is actively engaged in the community. He serves on the boards of the Cone Health Foundation, United Way of Greater Greensboro, and the North Carolina Folk Festival. He is a founder and helps lead La Alianza of the Triad who bridges the Hispanic community and business communities, and he is an ambassador for the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jose uses his bilingual skills to strengthen connections within the community. Jose is married with two children, and outside of work, he enjoys CrossFit, Formula 1 and traveling with his family.
