Passcode,Touch ID & Face ID

Passcode and Touch ID delivers quick and secure access to key information on your mobile banking applications. Clients can view account information such as balances and transaction history by creating a numeric Passcode, enabling Touch ID, or Face ID*.

*Face ID is currently available only on iphones.

What features can I access with Passcode, Touch ID & Face ID?

Steps to Enable Passcode, Touch ID & Face ID

  1. Log in to your Mobile Banking app
  2. Click the Menu button in the top right corner and select "Settings"
  3. Tap the Quick Access page
  4. Choose the quick access method you prefer to use - Passcode, Touch ID or Face ID.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to establish and confirm your new access method
